What will I pay for shipping?
Please Mum offers extremely competitive shipping rates to both Canada and the US. Currently we do not ship orders outside of North America.

There are no hidden handling costs or any other charges.

All our shipments originate from our warehouse located in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Shipping options from our carrier, Canada Post, include:

  • USA
    Xpresspost
    Surface Parcel

Where do you ship?
Currently we ship anywhere in Canada and the USA. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of North America at this time.

How are returns/exchanges handled?
Pleasemum.com is excited to announce that we have extended our Return Policy to 60 days. We feel this gives you the time you need to ensure you are satisfied with the size, style and fit of your garment.

You may either return items to your nearest Please Mum store or mail items directly to:

When returning an item, please supply the original invoice (order confirmation) or receipt along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. For regular refunds and exchanges shipping costs are not refundable. Garments shipped in error, or garments with a manufacturers defect may be returned within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. Please Mum will credit you with the shipping and handling costs when your return is processed.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
We strive to keep all items in stock to meet your shopping needs. However, if an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified. For an item permanently out of stock, that item will no longer be made available for sale.
