ONLINE RETURNS

Merchandise eligible for a return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn and originally purchased at an official Please Mum retail store location or online at www.pleasemum.com. All altered products are considered as final sale. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, undergarments are considered final sale. All swimwear items purchased online must be returned or exchanged via the online department. No swimwear will be refunded or exchanged at Please Mum stores. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in stores.

For your convenience, online returns can be made at any Please Mum retail location or through the mail. When returning items to a store, an invoice or gift receipt is required. When returning items by mail, please supply the original invoice with a brief explanation for the return. Please note that for regular refunds and exchanges, the original shipping costs are not refundable. For mail exchanges, please note that a shipping fee will be charged for the delivery of the new item requested.

Free return for first time customers

First time buying on Pleasemum.com? Try it! If the product received is not just exactly what you wanted, send it back! Simply use the free return label that is included in your parcel.

Please note that this free return policy is applicable only to first time customers in Canada and is only available for their first purchase made on Pleasemum.com.  

Mail returns for Canadian orders

We recommend that all mail returns and exchanges for Canadian orders be sent via Canada Post. For your convenience, a pre-paid Canada Post return label is included with your orignal parcel. To send your return or exchange, please repack your parcel, stick the return label on your parcel and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post location. 

Please note that, by using the prepaid return label, a $6.95 fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your return or exchange. This fee is not applicable if the return is made in the case of damaged or defective goods. 

Mail returns for US orders

We recommend that all mail returns and exchanges for US orders be sent via a traceable carrier such as Canada Post, USPS or UPS. Please Mum is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid. Send returns to:

Returns with an original sales receipt

For returns postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date, refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card and will be sent to the shipping address on the original order. Please supply your original gift receipt with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. For exchanges, please supply your original gift receipt and indicate the item that you would like to receive. Please note that for exchanges, a shipping fee will be charged for the delivery of the new item requested.

Merchandise credits can only be redeemed at Please Mum store locations.
