ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Changes to an order
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our goal is to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible; therefore, changes to your order can only be made up to one hour after it has been submitted. These changes include cancellation requests, address changes, upgraded shipping or adding items to your order.
For address changes, if the order has already shipped and you would like to make a modification to the address, please note that there is an $8 fee (plus applicable taxes) that will be charged to your credit card.
Cancelling an order
You may contact a Customer Service Team Member at 1-800-665-9644 within one hour of placing your order. You may also send an email stating that you would like to cancel your order. For emails, please include your name and invoice number (to send an email, click here).
Once your order has entered into our shipping process (which occurs one hour after you submit your order), it cannot be cancelled.
