In-store purchase

A one-time price adjustment is available for products purchased at regular price only, when the original sales receipt is presented within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Price adjustments are not available on promotional or event priced merchandise.

Online purchase

To receive a price adjustment for an online purchase, please send us a price adjustment request form by email (to fill out the price adjustment form, click here) or contact a customer service team member at 1-800-665-9644. Forms must be date marked within 14 days of the order date noted on the packing slip. A credit will be processed on the credit card or gift card used for the original purchase. Price adjustments will not be allowed on some orders that receive promotion discounts. Online orders cannot receive price adjustments in our retail stores.
