Shipping within Canada

Shipping to the US

All orders shipping to the US are shipped via UPS.

For orders going to the US, duties and brokerage fees may be charged to the recipient for orders in excess of $150.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 7 to 13 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for Canada and the United States.

All orders received prior to 12:00 pm PT Monday through Friday, are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 7 to 13 business days after order processing.

Express Shipping

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 pm PT will arrive in 3 to 6 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

All orders received prior to 12:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1-2 business days. Express delivery takes 3 to 6 business days after order processing.

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 12:00pm PT, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed for shipment on the following business day.
