Holiday Return and Privacy Policy

To make your Holiday Shopping easier we have extended our Return Policy for the upcoming season.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your new item with original tags within 90 days of original purchase date or until January 18, 2009 for purchases made on or after October 20, 2008 for a full refund or exchange; all returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. With every order we ship, we include a Packing Slip/Receipt. With this receipt, you may return your purchase within 90 days of original purchase date or until January 18, 2009 for purchases made on or after October 20, 2008 and receive a full refund.

Refunds and price adjustments are issued only to the credit card used when the order was originally placed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.

Garments shipped in error, or garments with a manufacturers defect may be returned within 90 days of original purchase date or until January 18, 2009 for purchases made on or after October 20, 2008 for a full refund. We are happy to refund all original and return shipping charges when it is our error.

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we will not refund undergarments or swimwear purchased in store. Online shoppers may return swimwear, but only by mailing it back. The swimwear must have the original priced tags attached.

If you would like to exchange an item, to ensure you receive all the correct sizes, you must return the original item and place a new order separately. A credit will be issued on the item being exchanged once Please Mum has received the item.

Please Mum is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipment of the product(s) you are returning. Please ensure to properly package your items to receive a refund.

Price Adjustments

A one time Price Adjustment is available on regular priced product when original sale receipt is presented within 14 days of date purchased. Not applicable on promotional or event priced merchandise.

What do I do if I lost my packing slip/receipt?

If you don't have your packing slip, a merchandise credit will be available and processed at current selling price of returned products.

What happens if I am returning with a gift receipt?

For returns with a gift receipt, full refund for the price paid will be given in the form of a merchandise credit within 90 days of original purchase date or until January 18, 2009 for purchases made on or after October 20, 2008.
