Any Merchandise discounted 51% or more off the original retail price will be FINAL SALE.

Any merchandise at regular price or discounted 50% or less maybe returned if original receipt is presented within 30 days of original purchase date.

Merchandise eligible for an exchange must be unwashed, unworn and originally purchased at an official Please Mum retail store location or online at www.pleasemum.com. All altered products are considered as final sale. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, undergarments are considered final sale.

All swimwear items purchased online must be exchanged via the online department. No swimwear will be refunded or exchanged at Please Mum stores. There are no exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in stores.

Exchanges with an original sales receipt

An exchange will be issued, for the price paid, in product of equal value when the items are returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Items must be unwashed and unworn. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, all swimwear and undergarments are considered final sale.

Exchanges with a gift receipt

An exchange will be issued in the form of product of equal value when the items are returned within 30 days of purchase with the gift receipt. Gift Receipts will not be issued for products discounted 51% or more off the original price.

Items must be unwashed and unworn. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, all swimwear and undergarments are considered final sale.

Exchanges without a receipt

At this time we cannot exchange product without a receipt.

Price Adjustment

Within 14 days of purchase, a one-time adjustment is available on regular priced products when the original sales receipt is presented. Not applicable on promotional or event priced merchandise.

Gift cards and merchandise credits

Our current circumstances are such that we are unable to accept gift cards.
