STORE RETURNS
Merchandise eligible for a return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn and originally purchased at an official Please Mum retail store location or online at www.pleasemum.com. All altered products are considered as final sale. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, undergarments are considered final sale. All swimwear items purchased online must be returned or exchanged via the online department. No swimwear will be refunded or exchanged at Please Mum stores. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in stores.
Returns with an original sales receipt
A full refund, exchange or merchandise credit will be issued, for the price paid, in the original form of payment when the items are returned within 60 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Returns with a gift receipt
A full refund for the price paid will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit when the items are returned within 60 days of purchase with the gift receipt.

Return without a receipt
When items are returned without a receipt, a merchandise exchange or credit will be available at the current lowest selling price of the returned product.

Gift cards and merchandise credits
Gift cards may be redeemed for merchandise only at any Please Mum store location or online at www.pleasemum.com.
Merchandise credits can only be redeemed at Please Mum store locations.
Please Mum is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards and merchandise credits. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
