At the moment, we cannot accept cheques, gift certificates or money orders as payment online.
The submission of your online order along with your credit card information indicates your compliance with our Terms of Sale and authorization for use of the credit card, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate credit card sales slip. We reserve the right to request further information for authorization purposes.
Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it in the following ways:
By Post:
Send a copy of your invoice (order confirmation) along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return to the address listed above. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returned merchandise. Also, it is suggested the parcel be insured against loss or damage. If the merchandise was shipped in error, Please Mum will credit you with the shipping and handling costs when your return is processed.
In person, at any Please Mum store:
We will be happy to process your return/exchange at any of our stores with a valid invoice (order confirmation).
Please allow 3-5 weeks for return/exchange processing.
Returns Terms and Conditions:
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days from date of original shipment.
All returned items must be in their original condition and therefore cannot have been previously worn or washed to be considered for an acceptable return.
